I'm Lara Ariel Smith, a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and author of Diary of a Dark Night: My Quest to Live True to My Soul.
I know firsthand how frightening—and liberating—it can be to question everything and choose a different path.
In my book, I share two years of radically authentic, mostly unedited journal entries documenting my own spiritual transformation. It's not a story told in hindsight. It's a firsthand account of what it actually looks like to confront your fears, question your conditioning, and learn to trust your soul.
I don't teach courage because I've mastered fear. I teach it because I've learned what it means to move forward despite it.

"Prior to making the decision to work with a life coach, I had gone through a divorce and I was experiencing some significant financial difficulty.
